2014 CHAMPIONS CUP presented by Chevrolet
The Florida Rush Soccer Club is excited to announce the 6th Annual Champions Cup which will be held the weekend of May 17-18, 2014 in Sanford, Apopka, Winter Garden, and Clermont, Florida. Specific age groups will be assigned to one of three facilities for the tournament.

The Champions Cup offers three levels of competition: Gold, Silver, and Bronze for U8 through U18/19 boys and girls teams, plus a special a special 11v11 division for U12 teams looking to play full-sided soccer.

The Champions Cup will be played Saturday and Sunday, May 17-18, 2014. Local teams may be asked to play on Friday evening, May 16, 2014. The Champions Cup is sanctioned by FYSA and is opened to all US Soccer affiliates (US Club Soccer, USSSA, AYSO, etc.). Team trophy will awarded to the Champion and player medals for Champions and Finalists will be awarded.

LEVEL OF PLAY (Gold-Silver-Bronze)
The Champions Cup will offer three levels of competition: Gold, Silver, and Bronze for U8 through U18/19 boys and girls’ teams.

GOLD DIVISION: U8-U18/19 Single Age Group Brackets
High lever Division I teams from across Florida and out-of-state teams are expected to participate making this a highly competitive event at the GOLD Divisions.

SILVER DIVISION: U8-U18/19 Single Age Group Brackets
Silver Division is for competitive Division 1 and Division 2 travel teams. Teams from Florida and out-of-state are expected to participate in the SILVER Divisions.

BRONZE DIVISION: U8-U16 Single Age Group Brackets
Bronze Division is primarily for recreational teams and new travel teams seeking comparative competition.

HOW DO I REGISTER
All teams must register on-line and can pay by credit card or by check, made payable to Florida Rush Soccer Club. Please indicate which team the check is for and mail it to:

Please complete the online application fully. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.  Any team not accepted will receive a refund. Any team which withdraws after the application deadline of Sunday, April 13, 2014 will not be eligible for a refund.

$475.00 for U9 Future Stars (playing 6v6)
$475.00 for U9-U10 (playing 6v6)
$550.00 for U11-12 (playing 8v8)
$675.00 for U12 (playing 11v11)
$675.00 for U13-U16
$725.00 for U17-U18/19

Entry fees and applications received after the Sunday, April 13, 2014 deadline date will incur an additional $50.00 late fee.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
- U8 and U10 teams play 6-a-side and may carry up to 12 players (3 guest players).
- U11 and U12 teams play 8-a-side and may carry up to 14 players (4 guest players).
- U12 teams playing 11-a-side may carry up to 18 players (5 guest players).  Not U12 teams playing 11v11 will play by U13 rules.
- U13 to U16 teams play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster (5 guest players).
- U17 to U18/19 play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster (6 guest players)
