Pre-Tournament Registration/Check-In

Pre-tournament registration will be one (1) hour prior to your first game on Saturday. Teams are required to have a team representative check-in the team at the Tournament Tent at each facility at least one (1) hour prior to the first game on Saturday.
WHAT TO BRING: In order to make the pre-tournament registration process as smooth as possible please have all player passes, medical releases and rosters in alphabetical order.
ROSTERS: Bring the original and 5 copies (6 in total). Acceptable rosters are: US Club rosters, FYSA/USYS State Generated rosters, AYSO rosters, USSSA rosters. Guest player forms must be attached to the state generated roster and signed by the guest player’s Club Registrar. Please also handwrite the guests on the state generated roster. Without a correctly executed guest player form the guest player may not be able to play.
Event Rosters are no longer being used. Each guest player, whether that player is from within the club or outside of the club will need a guest player form signed by the club’s registrar (club that the player is registered to) and guest forms are to be attached to the official roster. PLEASE NOTE: LEAGUE ROSTERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE ROSTERS (such as GCF, FLUGSA, SFU, etc.)
PERMISSION TO TRAVEL: Teams coming from outside the state
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: Every rostered player must have a notarized medical release at check in. You may use the current forms you are using for travel as long as they are notarized. Please organize in alphabetical order to insure a smooth check in process.
COACHES & PLAYER PASSES: All coaches & players must have valid, laminated player passes with the necessary signatures & picture. Please place these on a ring binder and have them in name order based on the roster to ensure a smooth check in process.
Pre-Game Check-In: Teams are not required to check-in before their games after they have taken part in the pre-tournament registration but are welcome to go to the check-in tent if they need to clarify anything. Coaches or Team Managers are responsible for giving the referees their passes and a stamped approved roster at the start of the game (referees do not need to be paid a game fee as that is part of the tournament fee). Please remember that any team arriving 15 minutes after their designated kick off will be subject to a forfeit.
